- Add minced garlic to the browned beef and cook for another minute, then combine with the caramelized onions. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Boil salted water in a large pot, add pasta, and cook according to package instructions until al dente; drain and add to the sauce.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, adjust seasoning if needed, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
