Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • q.s. Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 300 g rice
  • 600 ml chicken broth
  • q.s. fresh chives chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until soft and translucent.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir, then return the chicken to the skillet and let simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Cook rice in a saucepan with chicken broth until tender.
  6. Serve rice topped with chicken and drizzle with creamy sauce, garnished with chives.
