- Melt the white chocolate gently and let it cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, pour in the sweetened condensed milk and whisk while slowly adding the melted white chocolate until smooth.
- Toss the halved strawberries in a bowl with the granulated sugar and let them sit for 5-10 minutes.
- In a medium-sized glass baking dish, start layering with a single layer of biscuits, followed by a layer of white chocolate cream, and then a layer of sugared strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of strawberries on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (overnight is better) before serving.
- Before serving, garnish with white chocolate shavings.
