Notes

For easier assembly, prepare components ahead of time: the crust can be stored at room temperature, and the curds in the fridge for a couple of days. If you don't have fresh passion fruit or nectar, frozen passion fruit pulp is a good substitute. The meringue will soften over time, best enjoyed the same day it's made, but leftovers can be stored for up to 2 days.
