  • 12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then sauté the minced garlic for about a minute.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque, then set aside.
  5. Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; season with salt and pepper.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, and Alfredo sauce, mixing until evenly coated.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly, and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly, then let cool before garnishing with parsley.
