- Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the beef mince or small meatball crumbles and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
