- Spread cream cheese evenly on one slice of bread, reaching the edges.

- Add turkey slices on top of the cheese and fold if necessary.

- Place the second slice of bread on top and press lightly.

- Flip the sandwich, adding more butter if needed, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are crisp and cheese is melted.
- Optional: Cover the skillet with a lid for the last minute of cooking for extra melting.
