  • 100 g sugar
  • 80 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 g melted butter (or neutral oil)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare your cake pan by buttering and dusting it with flour.

  3. Add the flour and baking powder to the yogurt mixture and mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in the melted butter until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool for a few minutes before removing it from the pan to cool completely on a wire rack.
