  • 2 cans 15 oz each chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat the chickpeas dry.
  2. Toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Add the salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, cumin, and black pepper into the bowl, mixing well.
  4. Spread the seasoned chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
  6. Let the roasted chickpeas cool completely before serving.
