  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the panko, Parmesan, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the garlic butter, ensuring it’s fully coated, then press into the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over the tops.
  6. Bake the chicken for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
