  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic.
  3. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the garlic butter, then press into the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
