Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces cube steak
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup or cream of celery
  • 4 medium potatoes sliced
  • 2 medium onions sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms optional

  • 2 cup other vegetables carrots, bell peppers, etc., optional

Method
 

  1. Season the cube steak with salt, pepper, and your choice of seasonings.
  2. Layer the seasoned cube steak in the crock pot.
  3. Add sliced potatoes and onions on top of the steak.

  5. Optionally, add other vegetables like mushrooms or carrots.
