Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • to taste sliced carrots
  • to taste sliced celery
  • ½ can peas
  • ½ onion diced
  • optional crumbled bacon
  • to taste parsley flakes
  • to taste garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 can flaky biscuits

  • Wooden spoon or spatula

  • Optional: Crumbled bacon

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Pour chicken broth and both cans of cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
  3. Add sliced carrots, celery, and diced onions.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley flakes over the veggie mix.
  5. Set the slow cooker to high and cook for three hours without lifting the lid.
  6. After three hours, carefully remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the pot.
  7. Add crumbled bacon (if using) and peas, then stir gently to combine.
  8. Cut the canned biscuits into small pieces and drop them into the mixture.
  9. Cover the pot again and set it to low for another hour until biscuits puff up.
