- Season the cube steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix the beef broth, onion soup mix, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Sear the steak in a skillet over medium-high heat with a tablespoon of butter for 2-3 minutes on each side.
