- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar with water or dairy-free milk to create the icing.
- Grease your microwave-safe mug with a tiny dab of oil.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix in water until a soft, tacky dough forms.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, then fold edges inward and press.
- Roll the dough tightly from one short end, place it in the greased mug, and pour ½ teaspoon water on top.
- Microwave uncovered on full power for about 50 seconds.
- Let the mug sit for 30 seconds, then either drizzle icing on top in the mug or transfer to a plate to serve.
