  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon optional

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Pour the honey into the melted butter and add salt and cinnamon, stirring to combine.

  4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly until the syrup thickens and caramelizes.
