- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking oil.
- Place the defrosted meatballs in the prepared baking dish and pour the marinara sauce over them, tossing to coat.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning evenly over the meatballs and cover with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and cheese is melted and golden brown. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
