Notes

This Easy Pineapple Cake is incredibly moist thanks to the undrained crushed pineapple. It's perfect for casual gatherings, picnics, or just a sweet treat at home.
Consider topping the cake with fresh fruit or coconut whipped cream for a tropical twist.
For best results, allow the cake to cool completely before cutting to maintain its structure. Storing it well will keep it moist for several days. Enjoy and share this sunny delight with family and friends!
