  • 2 onions

  • 4 halal-certified beef sausages, smoked

Method
 

  1. Wash and trim the endives, removing the tough core, and slice them lengthwise into thin strips.
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, sauté the sliced onions until they turn golden brown.
  3. Slice the halal sausages into bite-sized pieces and cook them in a separate skillet until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the sliced endives to the caramelized onions and let them wilt slightly, then pour in the crème fraîche and stir together. Drizzle in honey just before serving.
