  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • to taste salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Marinate the flank steak by tossing it in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger, and let it soak up the flavor while prepping the veggies.
  2. Chop broccoli, bell pepper, and snow peas into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, then add the marinated flank steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the flank steak from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and stir fry the broccoli, bell pepper, and snow peas for about 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  6. Return the flank steak to the pan with the veggies, toss everything together, and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or more soy sauce if needed.
