- In a medium mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, egg, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly until no dry pockets remain.
- Spread the cheesy mixture evenly onto the parchment-lined baking sheet to about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for at least 5-10 minutes before breaking into pieces.
