Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Baking sheet (half-sheet pan)
  • Parchment paper
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Spatula or clean hands
  • Box grater if grating your own cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, egg, and onion powder. Mix thoroughly until no dry pockets remain.
  3. Spread the cheesy mixture evenly onto the parchment-lined baking sheet to about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crisp.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for at least 5-10 minutes before breaking into pieces.
