Method
 

  1. Start by cleaning your shrimp. Remove the vein running along the back and rinse them under cold water, pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat, lightly greasing it with olive oil.
  4. Brush the shrimp generously with the garlic butter mixture, then place them on the hot surface.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until the shrimp turn pink and slightly charred.
  6. Drizzle a bit of melted butter over the cooked shrimp right before serving.
