Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of lemon half a lemon
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Clean and pat dry the shrimp to ensure they get crispy.
  2. Mince the garlic finely and chop the parsley, then set aside.
  3. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook undisturbed for about 2 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden.
  5. Remove shrimp from the pan and place on a plate.
  6. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant for about 30 seconds.
  7. Return the shrimp to the pan and toss in the butter mixture.
  8. Add lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper, stirring until well-coated and heated through.

Notes
