Ingredients
  

  • 2 steaks ribeye or sirloin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and let them sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, then remove and let them rest.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low, pour in the heavy cream, and stir until it starts to thicken.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the steaks and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
