- Cook the linguine according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat; add chicken and seasonings, sauté until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes; remove chicken from skillet.
- Reduce heat to medium and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a simmer, then add cheeses and stir until smooth.
- Add cooked linguine and sautéed chicken to the skillet; toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes
