Ingredients

  • 1 small bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 lemon Juice from half a lemon

Method
 

  1. Clean the shrimp, removing the vein along the back while keeping the heads and shells intact.
  2. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
  5. Brush each shrimp generously with the garlic butter mixture and place them on the grill.
  6. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, flipping carefully with tongs until pink and opaque.
  7. Transfer the grilled shrimp to a serving platter and drizzle any remaining melted garlic butter over the top.
  8. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and serve immediately.
