Ingredients
  

  • 12 large shrimp (with shells and heads) for extra flavor
  • 100 g softened butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 drizzle olive oil
  • 1 lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Clean the shrimp by removing the vein and rinsing under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
  4. Coat each shrimp generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Place the shrimp on the hot grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until pink and charred.
  6. Transfer the grilled shrimp to a serving platter, drizzle with leftover garlic butter, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
