Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare the carrots.
  2. Toss the carrots in olive oil until well-coated.
  3. Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer and sprinkle with minced garlic.
  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping the carrots halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan while hot.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
