Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • a pinch cinnamon

Equipment

  • Serving glasses or bowls
  • Spoon or spatula for layering
  • Small knife for slicing strawberries (if using)

Method
 

  1. Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into your serving glass or bowl and spread it evenly.
  2. Scatter half of your mixed berries over the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle half of the granola over the berries.
  4. Add another layer of yogurt, followed by the remaining berries and granola.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and dust with cinnamon before serving.
