Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears Fresh Corn on the Cob Can substitute with frozen corn
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Softened
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

  1. Peeled back the husks of the corn but do not remove them completely; soak the corn in water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Mix softened butter with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; spread this mixture generously over each ear of corn.
  3. Tear off sheets of aluminum foil large enough to wrap each ear completely and place the seasoned corn in the center; fold the edges tightly to seal.
  4. Heat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F) and place the wrapped corn directly on the grates; cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
