- Mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and rub it all over the steaks.
- Let the steaks marinate for at least 30 minutes (preferably overnight).
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Place steaks on the grill and cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- During the last minute of grilling, top each steak with a pat of butter.
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
