- Preheat your grill and pizza stone to medium-high heat, around 450°F to 500°F.
- Roll out your pizza dough into a thin circle or rectangle.
- Brush one side of the dough lightly with olive oil and flip the oiled side down onto parchment paper.

- Carefully slide the assembled pizza (still on the parchment) onto the preheated pizza stone.
- Close the grill lid and let the pizza cook for about 5-7 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Use a spatula or pizza peel to transfer the finished pizza to a cutting board.
- Let the pizza rest for a minute before slicing and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
