Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork until mostly smooth with some texture.
  3. Squeeze lime juice over the mashed avocado and stir gently.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, minced garlic, and cilantro.
  5. Stir everything together until well combined and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
