Ingredients
  

  • 450 g Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 4 Carrots, sliced
  • 4 Large Potatoes, diced
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 500 ml Beef broth
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (400 g)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
  2. Add the potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker with the beef.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes, then stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
