  • 450 g Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 4 Carrots, sliced
  • 4 Large Potatoes, diced
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 500 ml Halal Beef Broth
  • 1 can (400 g) Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Halal Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Once fully cooked, drain off excess fat and transfer the beef to your slow cooker.
  3. Add the diced potatoes, sliced carrots, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the slow cooker and stir gently.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes, then add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme, stirring to combine.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat, cooking for 6 to 8 hours.
