Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2.5 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 8 oz tube crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 2/3 cup fresh blueberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough on a clean counter and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spread a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture over the wider bottom third of each dough triangle.
  5. Place 5-6 blueberries in two neat rows over the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Roll each triangle from the wide end towards the skinny tip.
  7. Place the rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the rolls to cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before serving.
