  • 1/4 cup apple brandy
  • 2 cups light rum
  • 2 cups coconut rum
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 1 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup passion fruit puree or mango nectar
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 2 liters ginger ale chilled
  • Fresh pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, lime wheels for garnish
  • Edible flowers (optional)

Method
 

  1. For Spiced Apple Cider Bourbon Punch, heat the apple cider gently in a large pot.
  2. Add the bourbon, orange juice, and lemon juice to the pot.
  3. Drop in the cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and black peppercorns.
  4. Simmer for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to marry.
  5. Right before serving, stir in maple syrup and apple brandy.
  6. Ladle into mugs and garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick.
  7. For Tropical Paradise Punch, combine light rum and coconut rum in a punch bowl.
  8. Add pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice, and passion fruit puree.
  9. Stir in simple syrup and taste for sweetness.
  10. Before serving, add chilled ginger ale for fizz.
  11. Garnish with fresh pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, and lime wheels.
