  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flakes. Add the shrimp and toss until they’re evenly coated. Let them sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn opaque and slightly firm.
  4. Transfer the grilled shrimp to a plate and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
