  • 1 pound Cellentani pasta or similar shape
  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese plus more for serving

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the Cellentani pasta until al dente, then drain.
  2. Season chicken cubes with black pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, add honey and soy sauce, stirring until chicken is coated. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens, then stir in grated Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss with the sauce until evenly coated. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
