- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Spread evenly and roast for 15-20 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook the sliced sausage until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the sausage.
- In the skillet, add minced garlic and let it sizzle for 30 seconds. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Combine shrimp and sausage back into the skillet with the honey garlic sauce, tossing gently to coat. Serve over roasted broccoli and cooked rice or quinoa.
