  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • lemon slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare four large sheets of aluminum foil.
  2. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, honey, both types of mustard, and lemon juice. Spoon the sauce over the salmon.
  4. Fold the edges of the foil to create sealed packets, ensuring no steam escapes.
  5. Bake the foil packets on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with extra parsley and lemon slices before serving.
