Ingredients
  

  • 680 g salmon fillets (about 170 g each)
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped fresh
  • 1 slices lemon for garnish
  • q.s. salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each of four large sheets of aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, and lemon juice until glossy.
  4. Spoon the sauce evenly over each salmon fillet, top with chopped parsley, and add lemon slices.
  5. Fold the foil over the salmon and seal edges tightly to create a pouch.
  6. Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flaky.
