Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets (about 170 g each)

  • to taste Pepper
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • as needed Lemon slices for garnish

  • Aluminum foil or parchment paper
  • Small mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place each salmon fillet on a large piece of aluminum foil or parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, honey, both types of mustard, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
  4. Spoon the sauce evenly over each salmon fillet and sprinkle with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
  5. Carefully fold the foil or parchment over the salmon, crimping the edges tightly to form a sealed packet.
  6. Bake the packets for 15–20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets.
  7. Once cooked, carefully open the packets and transfer the salmon to plates, garnishing with additional parsley and lemon juice.
