- Place each salmon fillet on a large piece of aluminum foil or parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, honey, both types of mustard, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
- Spoon the sauce evenly over each salmon fillet and sprinkle with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
- Carefully fold the foil or parchment over the salmon, crimping the edges tightly to form a sealed packet.
- Bake the packets for 15–20 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets.
- Once cooked, carefully open the packets and transfer the salmon to plates, garnishing with additional parsley and lemon juice.
