- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter, allowing it to melt.
- Place the ham steak in the hot skillet and cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the ham steak and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and pineapple juice until smooth.
- Pour the glaze mixture over the ham steak in the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes, spooning the glaze over the ham occasionally.

Notes
