  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the ham steak dry with paper towels and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the ham steak for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Brush half of the glaze mixture onto the seared ham steak.
  7. Transfer the ham steak to a baking dish and bake for 15–20 minutes, brushing with the remaining glaze halfway through.
