Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 cup milk (or almond, oat, or coconut milk)
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or your favorite sweetener
  • Ice cubes
  • a pinch vanilla extract (optional)

Method
 

  1. Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl.
  2. Add two tablespoons of hot water (around 175°F) and whisk until frothy and vibrant.

  5. Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour the latte over them.
