Notes
Use fresh, high-quality seafood for the best flavor. Don't overcook the seafood; shrimp and lobster need only a few minutes. For a smoother bisque, use an immersion blender to puree some vegetables after sautéing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. When reheating, add a little water or broth if the bisque is too thick.
