Method
 

  1. Combine almond flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Crack the eggs into the center and add olive oil.
  3. Mix until the dough starts coming together, adding water if needed.
  4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into smaller portions.
  6. Lightly dust the work surface with almond flour and roll out each piece thinly.
  7. Fold the rolled-out dough and slice it into thin strips.
  8. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  9. Drop the noodles in and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Drain and toss with your favorite keto pasta sauce.
