- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a standard 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray or oil.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, creating a ruffled cup shape.
- Pre-bake the cups for 6 to 8 minutes, until they turn light golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, jalapeños, green onions, most of the bacon, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Fill each wonton cup with the mixture to the top.
- Top with reserved bacon and cheddar cheese, garnishing with a slice of jalapeño if desired.
- Bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.
