Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend) for juicier burgers
  • to taste salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon cooked
  • 4 pieces brioche or sesame seed burger buns
  • optional fries for serving
  • to taste lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, ketchup, mayo, barbecue sauce topping suggestions

Method
 

  1. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and shape into patties, seasoned with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, adding cheddar cheese in the last minute.
  3. Toast the brioche buns lightly on the grill or skillet.
  4. Assemble the burgers by stacking patties, bacon, and your favorite toppings on the bottom bun, then add the top bun.
  5. Prepare fries according to package directions or preferred method.
  6. Serve the loaded bacon cheeseburgers with fries and enjoy.
